Sheriff David Clarke gets destroyed by Rep. Hakeem Jeffries on the issue of black-on-black crime and police use of deadly force during a recent congressional hearing. Clarke, who is a favorite on Fox News, actually said in this exchange that Eric Garner wasn’t choked to death by the NYPD.
