Many people are of the opinion that the public school education has gone to the dogs. Well for one middle school in Pennsylvania, last Thursday it actually did. Parents are outraged because during recess at New Hanover Upper Frederick Elementary, a school lunch aide served dog treats to at least 75 children as a snack. The school district has been investigating the claim; and, the lunch aide has been placed on administrative leave. So far, no arrests have been made. However, I suspect arrests are forthcoming if it is found that it was intentionally done.
