There was a recent case where I believe the plaintiff was a black man who was speeding and/or wrongly believed to have outstanding warrants. He was arrested and strip-searched. The Obama administration sided with the police IIRC.

People always think that such actions will be used against marginalized (ie. Black people) but an aggressive expansive police state will use such tactics against everyone it encounters.
