What does it take to make people realize that owning a gun has responsibility attached to it? This type of shooting should be a lesson to individuals who think that owning a weapon without a true clue of how to handle it, is not the makings of being gangsta. It is the potential content of creating a funeral and a lifetime of sadness and regret.
